Customer can contact Domains4shop team either through mail or other social networking channels for enquires related to domains listed on Domains4shop portal.
D4s will check either the requested domain is still available for sale based on availability D4S will confirm the customer.
Based on agreement between both parties, customer will proceed with checkout and payment.
Customer can then buy the domain online after paying through Paypal or Debit/Credit card.
After receiving of the payment, Domains4shop( D4S) team will contact the customer through registered email ID and then initiate the website domain transfer process.
Domain4 shop customer care team will than contact the customer on their contact details and will start transfer process of domain ownership.
Domains4shop team will ensure to transfer domain to customer within 15 business days after receipt of payment from customer.
Domains4shop provide their client best in class service to ensure great customer experience.
Refund
In case D4S is unable to transfer the ownership of the domains to customers within 15 business days. Customer reserves right to raise 100% refund request.
D4S will verify if Ownership is not transferred or unable to transfer due to any technical error, D4S will proceed with the refund
after deduction of any bank charges.
